1;; When you join your character must have a first and last name and a middle if you wish. Your display name must read your character's name not hplover7625

2;; You must use the application form posted by the admin [moi] when filling in your application. You may add any other information if you wish but the original points are compulsory to fill in.

3;; Once you have been accepted by a staff member you should head on over to the claims section to claim your celebrity. If you are portraying a canon character you must use that character's celebrity unless I give you permission otherwise. This means if your character is an original character e.g Bob Jones Daniel Radcliffe cannot be your celebrity. Also, your celebrity must be human - no anime! You cannot have the same celebrity as anyone else so check the list before posting!

4;; Signature sizes should be no more than 500x300. This means they do not stretch the board. Anyone with a signature larger than this will get a PM asking them to remove it. If you do not remove it after being asked nicely a member of staff will remove it for you. If you put your signature back then you will be banned for several days! You have been warned.

5;; God modding is not allowed at all! I hate god modding we all do. I'm sure you know what it is but I will explain anyway. God modding is one person controlling another person's character without that person's permission.

6;; As this is a literate to advanced site all posts must be 3-4 paragraphs long (1 paragraph being a minimum of 4 sentences). If you cannot post this much for each of your RP posts then either delete your account or don't join. This may sound harsh but I like to keep posts and threads long and interesting and I would like to keep this site at least at literate standard, if not advanced.

7;; Always post in third person or past tense unless posting in out of character threads, speech or thoughts. Speech should always be indicated with " " and thoughts always indicated with italics. If adding an OOC comment in a RP post indicate this like this: (OOC;; Hey, good post! =]) or something similar.

8;; Keep swearing to a minimum even though it is allowed I do not want effing this and effing that in between every other word. It is not pleasant for people who find swearing offensive, though if this bothers you greatly I advise you not to join as swearing is a part of life and would more than likely happen at Hogwarts.

9;; Those teenage hormones will be raging at Hogwarts and so sex or scenes of a sexual nature would exist so I am allowing sex on the site. However as 13 year olds are allowed to join Proboards, I advise that you mark your thread with (mature) or (XXX) or (R), something along those lines just so people who don't want to, or shouldn't be reading it, run into the thread.

10;; And Finally, lets be realistic. Drama is great, I love drama and I'm all for pregnancies and vampires and werewolves etc, etc, but please, this doesn't happen to one person. No one person is a vampire who's pregnant and lost both her parents at the tender age of five. Also be realistic with magic. A 3rd year would not know the unforgivable curses - you know what I mean and I'm sure you'll be sensible. On the other hand, no one is perfect either, so no Mary-Sue's or Gary-Stu's, we all have are flaws.
